AFOUDA SAMUEL ANNOUNCES KICK-OFF DATE FOR AFO-Hi CAMPAIGN
Afouda Samuel has announced the kick-off date for his social campaign initiative called, Afo-Hi (Afouda’s Hunger Initiative). The campaign initiative which was unveiled on the 1st of April, 2017 has been recruiting volunteers from all the nooks and crannies of the world, especially in Nigeria, ever since the unveiling. According to an earlier statement released by Afouda on the campaign’s social media handles, the volunteers are people who are ready to use their craft, time, skills, talent, creativity and platform to spread the campaign message in their various domains using the knowledge of their individual environment to create a most effective way of spreading the message to their immediate community.
In order to make the best of these volunteers, Afo-Hi is set to fully Kick off the campaign with an online induction training for all interested volunteers, where they will be fully equipped and empowered for the campaign’s charitable task. At the induction training, more than 10 renowned Experts will be training all the volunteers on different topics, which will be useful for them in the campaign and even in their professional and private lives. Some of the topics to be covered by the training includes;
“The Need to Brand the Message”
“Using your Personal Influence to run a Social Campaign”
“How to Measure your reach on Social Media”
“Implication and Meaning of Copyright Infringement’
“How to Give the Best Radio Interview”
“Long and Short of Social Enterprise Campaign”
“How to Attract Media Interest and Exposure for your Cause”
“Public Speaking to Elicit Change”
“How to use Social Media Effectively for Social Campaign”
“How to use Mainstream Media Effectively for Social Campaign”
“How to Use Music Effectively for Social Change”
“How to Use Entertainment Effectively for Social Change”
“How to sell your Cause to the Next Generation”
“How to use Humour to spread your Social Campaign”
All these topics will be treated in details and through that Volunteers will be equipped and empowered to independently use their individual platforms and resources to carry on with the campaign in their domain. This Volunteers Induction Training has been scheduled to hold on Monday, the 29th of May, 2017 and it will be done online via Whatsapp, so as to collapse the distance barrier, in their bid to recruit volunteers from all the nooks and crannies of the country for the campaign.
